By signing in, it gives me an idea what your interests are. I prefer anonymity just as you do, so we will NOT call you constantly, it's not our nature. However, if you need some assistance, we love to help people make informed, good decisions. Too many times we've seen agents sell homes knowing it was not in the best interest of their clients. We work on a referral basis, and would like nothing more than to have you as a lifetime client.
Also, by signing our guest book, we can send you listings you wouldn't otherwise be able to find because we have (pocket) listings. Pocket listings are NOT loaded into the MLS system due to clients preferring anonymity, or because their house isn't quite ready to be put on the market.
In addition, we are constantly trying to improve our website. It is updated on a regular basis.
